TFS Permission Manager

Managing permissions in Team Foundation Server can be complicated and frustrating. An administrator needs to set permissions for TFS, SharePoint and Reporting Services. Wouldn't it be nice to manage all these permissions centrally?

I surfed the net and found the TFS Permission Manager.

Features:

  • Add or remove TFS group membership, Reporting Services role membership and SharePoint role membership
  • Set Server and Project-level permissions
  • Set AreaPath and Source Control permissions
  • Create new TFS users with permissions identical to those of specified existing user
  • Save user permissions as template and use it later to create new or update existing users.

Download it from http://blogs.microsoft.co.il/files/folders/leon/entry5018.aspx (by the way, it was created by another Leon)
